Exterior Maintenance: Prevent any unclean, unsightly, unhealthy, or unkept condition. Keep clean and free of garbage, junk, trash, debris and “health hazard” free prevent the breeding and inhabitance of snakes, rats, insects or other pests or vermin
Noxious or Offensive Activity: Covenant 2.6- No noxious or offensive activities shall be conducted or permitted to be conducted upon any lot nor shall anything be done or allowed to be done which may or may become a nuisance or an annoyance to the neighborhood.
Garbage Containers : Covenants 2.11- Each Lot owner must prevent the development of any unclean, unsightly, unhealthy, or unkept condition on any Lot. All Lots shall be kept clean and free or garbage, junk, trash, and debris. Garbage containers are not to be visible from the street.
Parking/ Storage of Vehicles: Parking of Boats, trailers, campers and motor homes are permitted to be parked on the Lot after permission from the board.
Inoperable Vehicles: Inoperable vehicles may not remain at the dwelling for longer than 30 days.
Unapproved Exterior Change: Any building of walls, fences, structures, landscaping and exterior additions to an existing structure all require prior approval from the architectural committee.
Lawn Maintenance: Prevent any unclean, unsightly, unhealthy, or unkept condition.
