• McKinley Mill - Reservation Event & Use Agreement

     The following are the use requirements for events held at the McKinley Mill HOA Pool. 

    By submitting this form you are agreeing to follow all of these requirments and you will be responsible for the facility as described.

    A.  Any resident wishing to have a party must be in good standing with the HOA. 
    B.  All events must be reserved through this form and confirmed by the managmement company. Same day reservations can not be accommodated. 


    1.   Parties must have a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice.  Parties will not be authorized on the day of the party.
    2.   Parties will not be authorized on any Holiday or Holiday Weekend.
    3.   Failure to receive authorization for a party will negate the use of the area and the resident and guests will be asked to leave.


    C.  Parties MUST be confined to the shelter area to the immediate west side of pool house. (The shelter area closest to the emergecy gate / steps / playground - farthest from the pool). 

    1.   No parties are allowed under the shelter adjacent to the shallow end of the pool. 

    a. Residents may bring their own tables and chairs to offset what is available.

    D.   A maximum of 10 non-resident guests are allowed per party.  Non-resident guests will be required to sign in with the attendant(s).


    E.   Each party will be limited to a maximum of 20 guests, this includes the household of the resident having the party.  This is a combination of residents and non-residents.

    1.   Parties over 10 total guests will require an additional attendant during the time of the party.

    F.   Residents are responsible for making sure their guests are aware of and abide by all pool rules at all times. For parties, this applies to all of his/her guests whether they be residents or non-residents.

    All Children must be controlled and supervised at all time, whether on deck or in pool. 


    Each Resident is legally and financially responsible for his/her own actions AND all actions of his/her guests. Pool privileges shall be revoked for one year for violations of pool rules and regulations by a resident, the resident’s children or the resident’s guests and restitution to the homeowners’ association shall be made for any costs incurred as a result of such behavior BEFORE pool privileges are restored.


    G. The resident must clean and organize the area after the party. It must be restored to the condition it was prior to the party. 


    H.  All other Pool Rules and Regulations apply to everyone at the party.

  • Reservations are for a 3 hour window.  

    For example, an 11:00am reservation ends at 2:00pm.
