Bluetooth Access Registration Form

As an update to the pool entry system, we are excited to be able to offer bluetooth entry access via mobile phone!

Each household can register up to 2 emails for adults at the residence.  Since there are multiple email address for most homes, please complete the below form with the two emails you would like to register.

Once the system is fully set up and active, the registered emails will receive an activation email/code from ProdataKey.  This code is unique to each email and is active for 3 days.

Additionally, we are requesting that owners confirm the pool key/card numbers they currently have in their possession.

Access Rules:

HOA assessment account must be current in order to use the pool. If the account is delinquent, access fobs will be deactivated. A $25 fee must be paid to reactivate access once the assessments and any late fees are paid in full.

Safety is the first priority for all Legacy amenity center members and guests.

Amenity center rules and regulations are in place to keep your amenity center experience enjoyable and safe.

The Legacy at Jordan Lake Association reserves the right to amend or add to all policies contained herein at any time.

PENALTIES FOR RULES VIOLATIONS:

Violators of amenity center rules & regulations are subject to fines and penalties, suspension of amenity center privileges and/or criminal liability. Disturbances as well as inappropriate behavior will be reported to local authorities for possible legal action.
