Parking; Covenants; Article VI-8.8- No boats, recreation vehicles, or trailer of any Owner or member of it's family, tenants shall be parked within the Common Area, or within the right-of-way of any streets in or adjacent to the Property. Such vehicles shall only be parked within the Owner's garage or other areas of the Property which may be designated and approved by the Architectural Committee. No Boat, recreation vehicle or trailer may be located closer to the street than the front foundation of the house, exact location to be approved by the ARC. No Owner or its tenants shall park or store an inoperable or abandoned boat, recreation vehicle, trailer or automobile on any Lot or on the streets in the Property.
Nuisances; Covenants, Article VI-8.7- No business activity of any kind or any obnoxious or offensive activity shall be conducted on the Property. Nor shall anything be done which may be or may become a nuisance or annoyance to the neighborhood.
Garbage Screening; Covenants, Article VI-8.6 All garbage, trash or rubbish shall be regularly removed from the Lot and shall not be allowed to unreasonably accumulate.
Lawn Maintenance- Covenants Article VI-8.10- Each Owner shall keep it's property free of grass taller than eight inches(8"), undergrowth, dead trees, trash and rubbish, and shall otherwise properly maintain its Lot to present a pleasing appearance.

Animals; Covenants, Article VI-8.5- No animals, livestock, or poultry of any kind shall be raised, bred, or kept on the Lots, except that a reasonable number of domesticated, household pets may be kept, provided they are not maintained for commercial purposes and reasonably restrained while outside the residence.
