Exterior Maintenance -Covenants Article 6, Section 1- It shall be the responsibility of each lot owner to maintain the exterior of his residence and the surrounding grounds of his lot in a clean, tidy and safe manner.
Unapproved Exterior Change- DOR 1983, Article III- No building (including an accessory building or structure and a garage) shall be erected, placed or altered on any premises in said development until the building plans, specification, and plot showing the location have been approved by Architectural Committee.
Lawn Maintenance -Covenants Article 6, Section 1- It shall be the responsibility of each lot owner to maintain the exterior of his residence and the surrounding grounds of his lot in a clean, tidy and safe manner.
Parking-Covenants Article 4 Section 1; Adequate off-street parking shall be provided by the owner of each building site for parking of automobiles., boats and other vehicles owner or controlled by such owner, members of the owner's family, or employee of the owner. Article X- No trucks, boats, trailers or motor home shall be parked on public streets of Stirrup Iron Creek and no boats or trailers shall be stored on any lot unless they are screened so as not to be visible from a street or another Lot.
Garbage; Covenants Article XI- Garbage cans shall be kept in a screened utility yard and not visible from the street or an adjacent Lot. Covenants Article 6, Section 4 - No lot shall be used or maintained as a dumping ground for rubbish. Trash, garbage or other waste shall not be kept except in sanitary containers. All incinerators or other equipment for storage or disposal of such material shall be kept in a clean and sanitary condition.
Nuisance- Covenants Article 6, Section 1- No lot shall be used in whole or in part for storage of anything which might cause such lot to appear cluttered, unclean or obnoxious to the eye; nor shall any substance, thing or material may be kept on any lot that might emit foul obnoxious odors, noises or other condition that will or may disturb the serenity, safety or comfort of the occupants of surrounding property. No noxious or offensive activity shall be carried on upon any lot, nor shall anything be done thereon tending to create a nuisnance to the neighborhood.

Signage- Pagehurst Declaration, Article 2, Section 4- No signs, billboards, or posters of any nature shall be erected, placed, exhibited or maintained on any building site except with the prior approval of, and in conformity with the size, design and format and for such time period, as is or may be prescribed from time to time by the Architectural Committee.
