Parking/ Storage of Prohibited Vehicles- Article VII; Section 7.10- No boats, recreation vehicles, or trailers of any Owner or members of it's family, tenant shall be parked within the Common Area, or within the right-of-way of any street in or adjacent to the properties. Such vehicles shall only be parked within the Owner's garage or there area of the Properties which may be designed by the Declarant.
Inoperable Vehicles- Article VII' Section 7.10- No owner or member of its family or it tenants shall park or store an inoperable or abandoned boat, recreation vehicle, trailer or automobile on any Lot or on the street in the Properties.
Lawn Maintenance Article VII Section 7.16- Each owner shall maintain his/her lawn up to the street right of way, and keep its property free of grass taller than 6 inches, undergrowth, dead trees, trash, rubbish and shall otherwise properly maintain its lot.
Exterior Maintenance- Article VII Section 7.16- Maintaining the lot and the improvements located thereon so as to present a please appearance.
Storage/ Curb Appeal; Article VII; Section 7.6- All clothesline, equipment, satellite dishes, garbage cans, service yards, wood piles or storage piles shall be kept screened by adequate Improvements so as to screen them from view of the street and adjoining Lots.
Garbage Containers; Article VII Section 7.6- All garbage, trash or rubbish shall be regularly removed from the Lot and shall not be allowed to unreasonably accumulate. Garbage cans must be screen from view from the street and adjoining properties.
